Setting up an account

For customers who are interested in a wholesale account, a proof of business will need to be provided. A copy of either a tax ID (state or federal), business license, resale certificate, or seller's permit may be faxed to 803-691-9995. An ASI or PPAI # is also suffice and may be provided when setting up an account.

Wholesale customers may also apply for terms. Please fill out a credit application and fax 803-691-9995. This process will take about 3-7 business days.
